Complainant Ayyappan Srinivasan is present through VC.
IO has identified the complainant Ayyappan Srinivasan who
is present through VC.
At this stage, complainant present through VC has submitted
he has been cheated to the tune of Rs.22,67,793/-. He has stated that out
of the total cheated amount, he has received a sum of Rs.21,50,000/- and
from the complainant's side he has received an amount of Rs. 8,00,000/-.
He has submitted that he has no objection if the applicant/accused,
namely, Tajindra Singh @ Lucky @ Tejender is admitted to bail in this
case.
At this stage, IO has submitted that the charge sheet has
already been filed. Upon request of ld. Addl. PP for State, TCR be
requisitioned for next date of hearing.
