An email is received from the complainant
expressing his inability to join the court proceedings through VC
stating that he is presently in New York representing the Republic
of India in Permanent Mission of India and there is time
difference of about 10 hours and 30 minutes. It would be difficult
and inconvenient for him to appear through VC during the court
hours as that time would be very late night hours in the USA.
Accordingly, his presence is exempted for today only.
However, considering the relevance of the victim/
complainant for effective disposal of present revision petition, I
deem it appropriate that fresh notice be issued to him in
accordance with previous order with a request to join the court
proceedings through VC at 10 am sharp on the next date of
hearing which would be around 11:30 pm local time in New York
and that would not be very late/odd hours for him to join the
court proceedings through VC.
Put up for awaiting appearance on behalf of the
complainant and for further arguments on present revision
petition on 22.02.2025.
