(“Frontline”) Ld. counsel appearing for ‘Frontline’ has apprised this court that the summons were actually directed for Defendant No.2 namely, M/s Stellar Dynamics Frontline Group Pvt. Ltd. However, the address mentioned therein, is that of ‘Frontline’ and not of Defendant No.2. The guard employed by Frontline namely Sh. Basant Kumar erroneously accepted the summons on account of confusion created by the common word ‘Frontline’. Upon inquiring from the Plaintiff’s counsel, he submits that an inadvertent error with regard to Defendant No.2’s address appears to have crept into the memo of parties / plaint. The address of Defendant No.2 is stated to be in Block-A and not Block-B (as is mentioned in the plaint and the summons). Ld. counsel for Plaintiff is directed to take appropriate steps for correcting the address details of Defendant No.2. Ld. counsel for Plaintiff is directed to provide fresh address details of all the three Defendants whereupon, fresh summons be issued upon all the Defendants subject to filing of PF, returnable on 15.12.2026.
