This is an application for reduction of surety
amount. Copy supplied to State.
The accused was granted bail on 11.04.2023 and till
date bail bond has not been furnished by the accused. Ld. counsel
for accused submitted that due to poor strata of accused, bail
bond could not be furnished.
Submissions heard.
In the abovesaid circumstances, condition of the bail
has been modified to the extent that accused has to furnish
personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety of like
amount, rest of condition of order dated 11.04.2023 will remain
same. Copy of this order be given dasti.
