The accused is in JC since 29.04.2022.
The main allegation against applicant / accused is that he was not
maintaining entry register of the “guests” staying in the said hotel. The said
register has already been recovered. The time period for taking PC remand of
the applicant / accused is over. Major part of investigation with regard to the
applicant / accused Surender is complete.
No useful purpose be served by keeping the applicant / accused in
the custody.
Keeping in view the period of incarceration and the other facts and
circumstances of the case, the applicant / accused Surender S/o Sh. Harish is
allowed to be released on bail in case of arrest, upon furnishing personal bond in
the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of
IO / SHO / Ld. MM / Ld. Link MM / Ld. Duty MM concerned, further subject
to the following conditions:-

(i) That the applicant / accused will not try / influence / contact
any witnesses;
(ii) That the applicant / accused will join investigation as and
when directed by the IO; and
(iii) That the applicant / accused will not try / influence the
investigation in any manner whatsoever.
The observations made herein shall not tantamount to the
expression of opinion on the merits of this case.
