undersigned has been deputed for duty to hear and dispose of
fresh bail/urgent criminal applications and pending bail
applications pertaining to New Delhi Distt.
Matter is taken up through VC.

Sh. Amjad Khan, Ld. Counsel for the accused

The matter is being investigated by Special Cell and
prayer is made to transfer the same to the designated court of
Special Cell.
Let the present application be put up before the Ld.
Principal District & Sessions Judge, PHC, New Delhi on
17.7.2021 with a request to transfer the same in the court of Sh.
Dharmender Rana Ld. ASJ, who is having jurisdiction to deal
with the present application.
It is certified that proceedings conducted through
