This is the application for regular bail filed on behalf of
applicant / accused Namburi Ajay Kumar.

Heard arguments on the present application.
The allegations against the applicant are that the
complainant was duped of Rs. 32,06,195/- by digital arrest. Out
of the said amount, Rs. 31 lacs was transferred in the account
which is registered in the name of Namburi Cloth with proprietor
Namburi Ajay Kumar / applicant. During interrogation, one
mobile phone having two SIM cards was seized from his
possession. It is stated that he is the beneficiary of cheated
amount of Rs. 31 lacs in his account.
As per record, similar application for grant of regular bail
of applicant / accused Namburi Ajay Kumar has been dismissed

by the present court vide order dated 24.04.2025. He has also
filed the order dated 24.04.2025 alongwith the application. The
Ld. Counsel for the applicant has failed to show any change in
circumstance since the dismissal of the earlier application on
24.04.2025.The grounds which he has taken in the present
application have already been discussed in the order dated
24.04.2025.
Considering the serious nature of allegations, no ground is
made out for releasing the accused Namburi Ajay Kumar on bail.
His application is accordingly dismissed.
