Record reveals that plaintiff has moved application
under Order VI Rule 17 of CPC, application under Order XXXIX
Rules 1 and 2 of CPC, application under Order VII Rule 14 of
CPC, application under Order I Rule 8 of CPC and application
under Order I Rule 10 CPC in between the dates. Let copy of the
applications be supplied to the defendants. Reply of above-
mentioned applications be filed on or before the next date of
hearing with advance copy to the plaintiff.
Reply on behalf of defendant no. 4 and 5 to the
application seeking directions for handing over of cheque book
and bank communications. Let copy of the same be supplied to
the plaintiff as well as remaining defendants.
Adjournment is sought by Ld. counsel for defendant
no. 4 and 5 as he is not well today. No objection is made on
behalf of remaining defendants and plaintiffs, as adjournment is
being sought on medical grounds.
