1095/25) is directed to be tagged with claim petition in view of Rule 21(2),
Annexure XIII of CMVR, 1989.
Notice issued to R-1 Ankit Gupta received back unserved with the
report that the premises found locked.
Ld. Counsel for the claimant request for substituted service of R-1
by way of publication.
Fresh notice be issued to R-1 with directions of publication in the
newspaper which is having local circulation in the area where he resides. Notice
be also provided dasti by the claimant for effecting service.
Ld. Counsel for R-2/Insurance Company submits that they have also
filed their reply in the DAR case bearing no. 572/26 (old No. Misc DJ. 1095/25)
and the same shall be considered in the present claim petition also.
Be put up for service of R-1 and consideration on the point of framing
of issue on 30.05.2026.
