1) M 81/2025: This is an application for cancellation of
endorsement on FDR filed on behalf of applicant/surety Renu.
2) M 94/2025 : This is an application for release of FDR filed on
behalf of applicant/surety Uday Kumar.

Reply is received from SHO, PS Inderpuri.
It is stated in the report that no appeal has been filed
against order of discharge dated 26.11.2024 whereby all accused
persons were discharged.
In view of report of SHO that no appeal has been filed
against the final order dated 26.11.2024, the endorsement on FDR
of applicant/surety Renu (surety for Surender Sharma) is directed to
be canceled and original FDR of applicant/surety Uday Kumar
(surety for Geeta) is directed to be released to him against
acknowledgment as per rules.
Both applications M-81 and M95 are disposed of
accordingly. Copy of order be given dasti to Ld. Counsels for
applicants.
