One application for grant of regular bail u/s 439 Cr.PC has been moved
by the Ld. Counsel for accused Manoj. It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for accused
Manoj that accused was granted interim bail vide order dated 02.07.2021, 31.08.2021
and 27.09.2021. Vide order dated 27.09.2021, the interim bail of the accused Manoj
was extended till the committal of the case. Ld. Counsel for accused Amit has
submitted that similar orders were passed as against accused Amit and has placed on
record the copy of the order dated 27.09.2021 for accused Amit. Ld. Counsel has
submitted that he shall be moving the application for regular bail in a course of a day
and that interim bail be extended till the NDOH. Considering the same, interim bail
of accused Amit and Manoj is extended till 30.05.2022.
Let regular bail applications shall be heard on 30.05.2022 and the case
shall be taken up for arguments on charge on 28.07.2022.
