Vide Circular No.CP/ND/2022/1292 of Chief Public Prosecutor,
Patiala House Courts, the regular Addl. PP for the State assigned to this court
has been withdrawn. No other regular Addl. PP has been posted in the court and

court in addition to his regular court.

It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for A2 that the CCTV footage has not
been provided to the accused persons but has been submitted in the court in the form
of pendrive. Ld. Counsel has submitted that the copy of the CCTV footage be
provided to the accused.
Perusal of the case file reflect that CCTV footage was collected by the
IO and has also been annexed along with the charge-sheet. However, the same is not
mentioned in the list of documents filed by the IO.
Notice be issued to the IO to bring the copy of the CCTV footage as
annexed with the charge-sheet in the form of two pendrives for all the accused
persons.
Matter be listed for supplying the CCTV footage/ arguments on charge
on 19.12.2022.
