None for R3 Insurance company.
Heard. Record perused.
Ld. Proxy counsel for R1 and R2 submits that the cost of
Rs. 2,000/- shall be jointly paid by them to the petitioner in terms of
Order dt. 28.03.2023 on or before the next date of hearing.
Vide correspondence dt. 02.12.2024 received from Pandit
Madan Mohan Malviya Hospital, it has been submitted that it is the
designated officer for South District and is catering to all the cases of
MACT, Saket Court, Delhi.
In these circumstances, the Medical Superintendent of
RML, New Delhi is directed to constitute a board to examine the
applicant-petitioner so as to ascertain the extent of permanent disability,
in terms of Rule 18 of the Delhi Motor Accident Claims Tribunals
Rules, 2008 and file report within 15 days of receipt of thee directions.
Applicant-petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Medical
Superintendent along with copy of order in “J” form and his entire
treatment record to obtain a date for examination.

A copy of the order be given to the applicant-petitioner.
Now to come up for Disability Assessment Report as well
as for framing of issues on 02.05.2025.
Copy of the order be given dasti to Ld. Counsel for
claimant.
Short date is not possible as there is pendency of more than
3000 cases, out of which 500 cases are old matters, which shall be taken
up on priority.
