Counsel for the respondent has joined the court proceedings through VC. TCR is received. Reply to the present revision petition has already been filed on behalf of the respondent on 18.03.2025. Same has been taken on record. Ld. Proxy Counsel for the petitioner concedes that he has received its copy. As per TCR, the respondent has expired and her husband Sh. Raj Thapar had moved an application under Section 302 CrPC for his substitution on behalf of the deceased/ respondent before the Ld. Trial Court. The same was allowed on 18.07.2024. However, amended memo of parties has not been filed before the Ld. Trial Court or before this Court. In the present petition, the petitioner is directed to file amended memo of parties in accordance with the said substitution order. At this stage, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that two revision petitions against the same impugned order have been preferred by the other accused persons and the Cont...2/- -- 1 of 2 -- -2- same are listed before Ms. Aparna Swami, Ld. ASJ-07, NDD, PHC, New Delhi. It is submitted that application for transfer of all the revision petitions against the same impugned order to the same court has already been moved before the Ld. Principal District and Sessions Judge, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi and it is listed for 24.04.2025. An adjournment is sought post disposal of the said transfer petition. In the given facts and circumstances, I deem it appropriate that in order to obviate the contradictory findings against the same impugned order by two different courts, matter be adjourned. Put up for awaiting amended memo of parties and awaiting order of Ld. Principal District and Sessions Judge, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi on the said transfer petition on 29.04.2025.
