Sh. Shubham Kumar, Ld. Counsel for the
respondent has joined the court proceedings through
VC.
Fresh memo of appearance has been filed on behalf
of the petitioner. Same is taken on record. Ld. Counsel for the
petitioner submits that he has been recently engaged by the
petitioner and he would file his
vakalatnama on the next date of
hearing.
Ld. Counsel for the respondent submits that he has
received the copy of the present revision petition on his email
address. However, the same is not opening as its file is not
compatible with his computer system. Accordingly, the petitioner
is directed to supply fresh compatible soft copy of the present
revision petition to the respondent. Ld. Counsels for both the
parties have exchanged their mobile numbers for coordinating
amongst them for the said purpose.
Reply, if any, to the application for seeking
condonation of delay in filing the present revision petition as
well as reply to present revision petition be filed on or before the
next date of hearing with their advance copies to the other side.
Put up for reply and arguments on 09.01.2025. TCR
be returned and it be requisitioned two days prior to the said date.
