petitioner/decree holder/applicant, returnable for 19/07/2021.
JD is also directed to file the requisite affidavits of
assets, income and expenditure, etc. on the date of cause of
action; date of the decree/award as well as on the date of
swearing of the affidavits in Form no. 16A of the Appendix-E
under Order XXI Rule 41 (2) of the CPC and as they are laid in
the format of Annexures in the terms of directions contained in
judgment of Hon'ble Mr. Justice J.R Midha of High Court of
Delhi dated 05.08.2020 in Ex. P. 275/2012 and Ex. Appl. (OS)
193/2020 titled Bhandari Engineers & Builders Pvt. Ltd. vs.
M/s Maharia Raj Joint Venture & Ors.; within two weeks of
service of notice and receipt of this order; in failure of which
necessary consequences shall follow.
