In view of the prevalent pandemic Covid-19
situation, in continuation of (1) Office Order No.
5/R/RG/DHC/2021 dated 23.04.2021 and (2) Office Order no.
6/R/RG/DHC/2021 dated 14.05.2021 it is further ordered by the
Hon’ble High Court of Delhi vide Office Order No.
372/RG/DHC dated 28.06.2021 that from 01.07.2021 till
23.07.2021 only urgent matters and ‘final arguments cases’ are to
be taken up through video conferencing, while the other matters
are to be adjourned.
Process reportedly unserved for want of complete
particulars of JDs.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for petitioner/applicant
seeks to withdraw this execution petition/application to file
afresh appropriately on the same cause of action.
Ld. Counsel for the petitioner/applicant has also sent
an e-mail to the dedicated e-mail id of the Court with aforesaid
prayer.
As prayed, the execution application/petition is
dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh appropriately
on the same cause of action.
File be consigned to record room.
