Present: Ms. Aditi Tuteja, Ld. Counsel for the applicant (through
VC).
An application u/s. 151 CPC has been filed on behalf of
applicant seeking directions / issuance of fresh recovery certificate in
Counter Claim No.04/21 along with indemnity bond.
Ld. Counsel for applicant submits that inadvertently
applicant has lost the recovery certificate amount to Rs.26,000/-
issued by the Ahlmad in the month of July, 2023 to him.
Heard. Application as well as file perused. In view of
the submissions made by Ld. Counsel for the applicants, it is directed
that a fresh recovery certificate be issued to the applicants, as prayed
for.
Application filed on behalf of applicants is disposed off
accordingly. Indemnity Bond filed on behalf of applicants be placed
on record.
File be consigned to Record Room after due compliance.
