This is an application u/s 482 BNSS filed on behalf of applicant/accused
Rohit Singh Bisht for grant of anticipatory bail.

Heard. During arguments, ld. Counsel for the
applicant/accused has submitted that there is no evidence against the
applicant as on date except the disclosure statement of co-accused Sonu.
He has further submitted that the applicant is ready to join the investigation
as and when required by the IO.
Ld. Addl. PP for State upon instructions of IO has submitted
that the applicant may be directed to join the investigation tomorrow i.e.
21.05.2026 at 02.00 p.m. at PS:Cyber, South West, Delhi.
Ld. Counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant
would join the investigation with the IO tomorrow i.e. 21.05.2026 at 02.00
p.m. at PS:Cyber, South West, Delhi, however, has prayed for interim
protection.
In view of above said submissions and in the interest of justice,
the applicant is directed to join the investigation with the IO tomorrow i.e.
21.05.2026 at 02.00 p.m. at PS : Cyber, South West, Delhi. The

applicant/accused is also further directed to cooperate in the investigation
and subject to that, the applicant/accused Rohit Singh Bisht be not arrested
till next date of hearing.
