Sh Akshat Sharma, Ld. counsel for applicant/accused Praveen
Sharma.
IO submits that in this case the modus operandi is that accused
persons asked the complainant to open google pay account through their
link and deposited Re1/ in the said account, thereafter they cloned the
entire data of the complainant and taken out the amount of around Rs
96,652/.
Ld. counsel however submits that entire money has already
been paid and main accused namely Abhishek has already granted bail.
A query is raised to the IO that whether infact this group has
cheated only one complainant or others.
IO submits that he was handed over the file later on and
requested some time to look the case from said aspect. Accordingly, IO is
directed to file a report whether these accused have cheated other victims
also or not on the next date of hearing.
List this application for 17.05.2022.
Copy of the order be sent to concerned DCP to ensure deep
and fair investigation in this case.
