Present : Plaintiff in person.

{through VC}.
Sh. Sumesh Gandhi, Ld. Counsel for the defendant.
Report of Ld. LC perused. As per report, part cross-
examination of plaintiff has been done and Ld. LC has received
the fees. Report is taken on record.
An application has been filed on behalf of plaintiff
seeking correction of order dated 20.08.2025 and payment of
balance rent from the defendant. Copy supplied.
Ld. Counsel for defendant submits that he will
ensure some payment to the plaintiff within a week.
The Bank account details have been provided to
Ld.Counsel for defendant for making part payment in the mean
time.
Another application has been filed on behalf of
plaintiff seeking permission to conduct the evidence before the
Court. Ld. Counsel has submitted that the plaintiff is unable to
bear the burden of fees of Ld. LC.
Heard. Perused.
In view of submissions made, application is allowed.
Henceforth the evidence is to be recorded before the Court.
Let the matter be now listed for reply/arguments on
aforesaid application under Section 151 CPC on 17.02.2026.
