Certified copy of order dated 22.01.2025 of MACT
Ghazipur, UP has been placed on record wherein mentioned that no DAR
has been filed in the case FIR No. 0191/2023, under Section 279/304A
IPC, P.S. Mardah, Distt. Ghazipur, UP. Further, no MACT petition is
pending before Ld. MACT, Ghazipur, UP.
Let the amended memo of parties by joining Nodal
Officer/Designated Officer of the insurance company of the region/place
of accident where FIR was registered by the police station as R-3 be filed
within 15 days.
Upon filing of abovesaid amended memo of parties, issue
notices to all the respondents on filing of PF/RC/AD/Authorized courier
for the NDOH.
Ordinary outstation process be served through Ld.PDJ
concerned / Ld. CJM concerned.
Now to come up on 25.08.2025.

Short date is not possible as there is pendency of more than
3000 cases out of which approx. 500 cases are old matters, which shall be
taken up on priority.
