It is certified that link was working properly and no
grievance was agitated by either of the counsel in this regard.
Present is an application u/s. 439 Cr.P.C moved on
behalf of applicant/accused Bhupender Acharya for grant of regular
or interim bail for the period of 90 days as per the guidelines
prescribed by the High Powered Committee.
At the very outset, Ld. Counsel for the applicant/
accused has submitted that since he was not aware of the details of
the previous bail orders passed in the instant matter and that is why
he has not mentioned the same in the present application. He prays
that the IO be requested to furnish him the details of the previous
bail orders passed in the year 2020-2021, so that he can move fresh
comprehensive bail application.
At this stage, Ld. defence counsel seeks permission to
withdraw the instant bail application.
In view of the submissions made, the instant bail
application is dismissed as withdrawn.
Application is disposed off accordingly.
Instant order be uploaded on the court website
immediately.
