This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail under
Section 438 Cr.P.C. moved on behalf of accused Suman Sehrawat.
Reply filed by the IO.
IO submits that the applicant/accused in this case has
already been released on bail as she had joined the investigation and
therefore, the custody of the applicant is not required in this case.
Considering the facts and submissions made by the IO,
Ld. Counsel for applicant/accused seeks permission to withdraw the
present bail application moved on behalf of accused.
In view of the above, the application is dismissed as
withdrawn.
