Prima facie, from the copy of the complaint
available on record, it can be said that there are only sparse
averments against accused no.3, who has come in revision before
this court. The averment in the complaint is also that even the
cheque is signed by accused no.2 and not by accused no.3.
In these circumstances, considering that orally it has
been informed that the matter is at the stage of SA, further
proceedings qua accused no.3 are stayed.
Trial Court is at liberty to record SA as far as
accused no.1 and no.2. are concerned.
List this matter on 06.06.2023.
