Ld. Counsel has submitted that he wishes to restrict his revision petition
only to R2 i.e. State as R1 i.e. Munna was declared PO, on the basis of which he had
moved an application for release of bank guarantees, which was dismissed by the Ld.
MM vide impugned order dated 14.12.2021. The name of R1 stands deleted from the
array of parties and Ld. Counsel is directed to file fresh memo of parties.
Let notice of the revision petition be issued to the State, which has been
accepted by Ld. Addl. PP for the State, present in the court. Let copy of the revision
petition along with documents be supplied to the State.
Let TCR be summoned for the NDOH from the Record Room.
