This is an application under Section 438 Cr. PC moved on behalf of
applicant/accused Mohd. Yasin for grant of anticipatory bail.
Reply to the bail application by IO filed.
It is a matrimonial dispute between the complainant, her husband and
other relatives. There is possibility of settlement. The parties can be benefited by the
process of mediation/conciliation.
In view of submissions matter is referred to Mediation. Parties are
directed to appear before Mediation on 29.04.2022 at 2.30 PM. The
applicant/accused is directed to join the investigation as and when he is directed to
do so by the IO. No coercive action be taken against the accused Mohd. Yasin till
next date.
Be put up for arguments on the bail application on 12.05.2022.
Copy of this order be given dasti to Ld.counsel for applicant/accused, as
prayed.
