namely Bhalla Ram is in JC in Tihar Jail, Amara Ram and Bhana Ram
Choudhary are in JC in Jodhpur Jail.
Accordingly, issue notice to the accused through IO
concerned through Jail Superintendent concerned for the NDOH.
