Sh. Neeraj Kant, Ld. Counsel for defendants.
Ms. Rishika Jain, seeks discharge in the present matter
on behalf of defendant no. 1 and submits that they have written a
mail to defendant in this regard. Copy of said mail is placed on
record.
Considering the averments made by Ms. Rishika Jain,
she stands discharged in the present matter on behalf of defendant
no.1.
Sh. Neeraj Kan, Ld. Counsel for all the defendants
states that he will file his Vakalatnama on or before the NDOH.
Further,Ld. Counsel for plaintiff filed an application
under Order XXII Rule 6 CPC along with affidavit in evidence.
Copy of the same is supplied to Ld. Counsel for defendants.
Ld. Counsel for defendants submits that defendants had
made payment of Rs. 10,00,000/- to the plaintiff yesterday night
only. Same is duly confirmed by Ld. Counsel for plaintiff.
Now to come up for arguments on application under
Order XXII Rule 6 CPC as well as for further payment, if any on
17.04.2026.
