Kaushik (through VC) with Sh. Sharan Mehta, counsel for defendants Sh. Vishal Gohri, Ld counsel for plaintiff Today, it is stated by counsel for defendant that they have paid Rs.10,00,000/- to the plaintiff yesterday itself and receipt with regard to the same is placed on record. Counsel for plaintiff seeks some time to verify the same. Further, as per the plaintiff Rs.8,00,000/- remains to be paid till that of November 2025, while it is stated by defendant that as per their calculation they have to pay Rs.6,00,000/- only. Both the parties are directed to file calculation sheet in this regard. Further, plaintiff is directed to file affidavit in evidence and supply advance copy of the same to the defendant. It is stated by counsel for defendant that the plaintiff is in possession of certain cheques of the defendant and he shall be directed to return the same. Ld counsel for plaintiff states that same will return back the said cheques to the defendant. Now to come up on 03.02.2026 for PE and further payment.
