    14.11.2024 passed by the then Ld. MM-01, PHC, NDD, New Delhi in
    Ct. Case No. 44170/2016 titled as M/s Sukam Tour Systems vs. M/s
    Aditya Trading Company.
    2. An application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act
    seeking condonation of delay in filing the present appeal has also been
    filed along with present petition.
