Counsel of plaintff that PE has already been closed on 19.03.2025 and now, the matter is at the stage of cross examination of DW1 namely Sh. Raj Pal Sachdeva and now, the matter is listed before Ld. Local Commissioner on 30.04.2025. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice, the mandate of Ld. Local Commissioner is herein extended till next date of hearing. It is directed that the defendant shall produce its witness i.e., DW1 for his cross examination before Ld. Local Commissioner on 30.04.2025 and same shall be concluded either on 30.04.2025 itself or maximum by 26.05.2025. The parties are directed to adhere to this time-line, failing which adverse consequences will follow in accordance with the provisions of The Commercial Courts Act.
