CPC r/w Section 151 CPC dated 08.11.2024 for placing on
record additional document alongwith index of document,
affidavit under Order XI Rule 6 (3) CPC and additional affidavit
in evidence of PW1, are already moved on behalf of plaintiff.
Advance copies thereof already supplied to the opposite side.
Ld. Counsels of defendant, on instructions, state at
Bar that they do not want of file any written reply to the aforesaid
application.
