surety and release of surety document i.e. FDR filed on behalf
of applicant Rekha.

surety Rekha.
It is stated in the application that consequent to grant of bail
to accused Deep Chand, an FDR bearing no. 402954 Bank of
Maharashtra, amounting to Rs. 25,000/- was furnished by surety
alongwith the surety bond.
As per record, accused Deep Chand was acquitted vide
judgment dated 30.04.2024.
Let the surety bonds furnished on behalf of accused Deep
Chand be canceled. His surety is discharged. Original documents, if
any, be returned to the surety against acknowledgment.
Endorsement, if any on the originals be canceled.
Application is disposed off accordingly. File be
consigned to record room.
