been filed on behalf of accused Paramjeet submitting that accused has to
take his wife for medication therefore could not appear today and will
surrender himself before Jail Superintendent today. Order of Hon’ble High
Court of Delhi in the bail application no. 3082/22 dated 14.12.2022 has
been filed and as per same, accused was directed to surrender within 3 days
of the said order. Exemption application of accused Paramjeet is allowed for
today only with direction to appear on next date positively. Issue production
for accused Pramjeet for next date.
Issue notice to file the status of the FSL report.

Jail Superintendent regarding surrender of accused.
