I have perused the chargesheet and the documents filed and in view of the same, offence u/s 21 and 29 NDPS Act is made out against the accused persons. I take cognizance of the offence. Put up the case for supplying of copy of chargesheet and documents to the accused persons on the next date of hearing i.e. on 26.08.2021. Jail superintendent is directed to produce accused persons on the said date in accordance to prevailing administrative instructions of that day.
