In view of the office order dated 31.12.2021, all matters are
being taken up through VC because of yellow alert and covid spike.
Present: Sh. Ravindra Kumar, Ld. Additional PP for the State through
VC.
Accused Paramjeet Singh on interim bail however absent.
Accused Ashwani produced from JC through VC.
Sh Sunil Mehta, Ld. Counsel for accused Paramjeet Singh
through VC.
Sh Saurabh Srivastava, Ld. counsel for accused Ashwani
through VC.
An exemption application from personal appearance filed on
behalf of accused Paramjeet Singh on the ground that the wife of accused is
suffering from cancer and he has to take her to the hospital. In view of the
submissions made, personal appearance of accused Paramjeet Singh is
exempted for today only.
Voice sample report not received.
List this matter for receiving of voice sample report as well as
for appearance of accused on 08.02.2022. Jail superintendent is directed to
produce accused Ashwani on said date in accordance to prevailing
administrative instructions of that day.
Copy of the order be sent to jail superintendent for
information/compliance.
