Heard. Perused.
Non-starter report; Statement of truth and list of
documents are already on record. Prima facie from the averments
of the plaintiff, it appears to be a commercial dispute.
Subject to just exceptions, issue summons for
settlement of issues to the defendant through all permissible
modes i.e. RC/Speed Post/ Courier/E-mail/Whatsapp and FAX
etc. of filing of PF and soft copy of complete paper book of the
suit in PDF format. For service through electronic mode, plaintiff
to file affidavit with respect to the correctness of the address and
contact details.
Steps for service and process fee be filed within one
week.
Directions:
1. service of defendant;
2. written statement along with statement of truth,
admission and denial of documents, list of documents as
well as the documents etc. be filed by defendant within
statutory period of 30 days from the date of service.
Advance copy be given;

of admission and denial of documents, within statutory
period of 45 days of receipt of copy of written statement,
