Despite directions, written statement has not been filed on behalf of
defendants. Record perused. Record shows that adequate opportunity has already
been granted to the defendants to file written statement but the same has not been
filed. Counsel appearing on behalf of defendants seeks time to file written statement.
Time sought is granted. Last and final opportunity is granted to the defendants to file
written statement subject to cost of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) to be
deposited with DLSA, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi. Written Statement be filed
within 2 weeks with advance copy to the opposite party, failing which, the right to file
written statement shall stand closed.
Record further depicts that reply to the miscellaneous applications filed
on behalf of plaintiffs has not been filed. Same be filed within 4 weeks.
