technical defects in the present execution petition, the decree holder
does not wish to puruse the present execution petition and wish to
withdraw the same. He further submits that the present execution
petition be dismissed as withdrawn and liberty be granted to the decree
holder to file afresh in accordance with the law.

is recorded in this regard.
