An application under Section 151 CPC seeking
withdrawal of vakalatnama for defendant M/s Raj Udyog Pvt.
Ltd., is already filed by Sh. Harshit Thareja, Advocate.
In view of submissions made by Sh. Harshit Thareja
Advocate, he is discharged from the present suit. Application
stands disposed off.
An application under Section 34 r/w Section 151
CPC dated 01.04.2025 for waiving of previous costs of Rs.
5,000/- imposed upon plaintiff on 07.01.2025, is pending
disposal.
Having heard the submissions made on behalf of
both the sides and keeping in view the reasons assigned in the
application, the application is allowed and stands disposed off
accordingly. Consequently, the said costs is hereby waived off.

Ld. Counsel of defendant seeks and is granted time
to advance arguments on other pending applications, as he
submits that he has been recently engaged and has not even
received the complete file from the defendant.
