Counsel of defendant, however, states at Bar that he does not have any instructions from the defendant to represent it in the present matter and that is why, he is not in a position to advance arguments on the pending applications. He seeks and thus, is granted time to move appropriate application seeking his discharge from this matter, if so required, with direction to supply advance copy thereof to the opposite side.
