This is the fourth bail application on behalf of the applicant and the
last application was dismissed on 02.03.2021 and since then no change of
circumstances is shown. Moreover the charge-sheet in this case is already been
filed and due for committal.
In these circumstances considering the facts and circumstances,
role of the applicant and gravity of the offence, I do not find any ground to release
the accused on bail, hence, the application is dismissed. Copy of the order be
given dasti.
