Present: Ms. Rashi Bansal, Ld. Counsel for the appellant
alongwith the appellant.
Sh. Shubham Singh, Ld. Proxy counsel for the
respondent.
In compliance of last order, the appellant has
furnished the medical documents of her son. Same is taken on
record. In view of the medical documents filed, the NBWs issued
against her vide previous order dated 04.06.2025 are hereby
cancelled.
In compliance of last order dated 03.09.2025, the
appellant has deposited the DDR before the Ld. Trial Court for a
sum of Rs.7,20,000/- and the cost of Rs.5,000/- with NDBA and
the receipt was depostied before the Ld. Trial Court.
The TCR is received. The orders dated 03.09.2025
and 06.09.2025 passed by the Ld. Trial Court are perused.
It is submitted by Ld. Proxy Counsel for the
respondent that the main counsel is busy before some other
Court and a request for pass over is being made.

It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for the appellant that
she is in a personal difficulty, since she has to appear before the
Hon'ble High Court of Delhi in some urgent matter.
Re-list for addressing arguments on 19.11.2025.
