Vide separate judgment announced in the open court today, the suit
stands decreed in favour of plaintiff and against the defendants with the following
reliefs;
(a) A decree for a sum of Rs. 3,50,000/- (Rupees Three Lac and Fifty Thousand
only).
(b) Pendent-elite and future interest at the rate of 18% per annum till realization
of decreetal amount.
(c) Cost of the suit is also awarded to the plaintiff.
Decree sheet be prepared accordingly.
File be consigned to record room.
