Puran (suspended director of the defendant company). Fresh
vakalatnama on behalf of Sh. Puran (suspended director of the
defendant company) also been filed. Copy supplied. Taken on
record.
Let the reply to the application under Order VII Rule
11 r/w Section 151 CPC and Section 14 of the Insolvency &
Bankruptcy Code 2016, be filed within one week with advance
copy to the counsel for defendant.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff also seeks time to place
on record the requisite orders passed by Hon’ble NCLT, Hon’ble
NCALT / Supreme Court or any other forum with respect to the
defendant by the NDOH.
Ld. Counsel for the defendant submits that an IRP
official has been appointed, in terms of the order dated
11.09.2024 by the Hon’ble NCLT. Copy of the same alongwith
copy of order dated 20.09.2024 passed by Hon’ble NCLAT filed
on record.

In view thereof, notice be issued to IRP official on
filing of PF on the NDOH. Steps be taken within one week from
today.
Re-notify the matter for consideration / further
proceedings on 14.12.2026.
