Witnesses Sh. Vijender Singh, JIO NCB, Sh.
Dharmender Singh, Sepoy and Ms. Sunita are present. However,
they are discharged unexamined for today.
As prayed, be put up for PE on 23.10.2026.
Let the witnesses appearing at Sr. No.5, 7 and 8 be
summoned for the next date of hearing through complainant/ IO.
The case property, if any, be summoned alongwith the Malkhana
Incharge.
Both the accused persons are remanded to JC till the
next date of hearing with rehnumai through VC on 24.09.2026
