Counsel for the plaintiff. Speed post sent to defendant at second given address has been received back with endorsement of refusal. Summon meant for 05.05.2026, sent through Nazarat Branch, has also been received back with report that summon was received at concerned court for the second given address, after the date of hearing. The plaintiff has filed one application under Order V Rule 9 CPC along with one purchase order to show reference to same WhatsApp number and second given address of defendant, in the said purchase order. As per this purchase order defendant is shown to be having same address as mentioned in the memo of parties (2nd address) and the same WhatsApp number.
