Present are three separate applications moved on behalf of
applicants/accused persons Rambeti, Deepak and Manoj for grant of anticipatory
bail. It is submitted that applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case
by the complainant as they have neither physically or mentally harassed the
complainant at any point of time nor they have ever demanded any kind of dowry
article from the complainant.
Ld. Addl. PP has vehemently opposed the bail applications arguing
that allegations against the applicants are very serious in nature.
However, the IO very fairly concedes that she is not inclined to
arrest the applicants in the instant matter.
Since the IO herself is not inclined to arrest the applicants and also
considering the nature of allegations, all three applicants, namely, Rambeti,
Deepak and Manoj are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest,
on their furnishing bail bond and surety bond each in the sum of Rs.20,000/ each
subject to the satisfaction of concerned Ld. MM/IO/SHO and also subject to the
condition that they shall continue to cooperate in the on going investigations.
All three applications are disposed off accordingly.
