Fresh affidavit under Order XI Rule 6 CPC for electronic record documents alongwith deficient Court Fees of Rs. 2400/- are already filed on behalf of counter claimant. Same are taken on record. Issue summons of the counter claim to the non counter claimant at all available addresses, by all permissible modes including e-mode on taking requisite steps for next date. Steps be taken within two week’s time from the date of this order. Counter Claimant is directed to file soft copy of entire paper book in PDF format for the purpose of e-mode service to non counter claimant alongwith PF. Process be given dasti also, if so requested. It is informed that main suit bearing CS (COMM) 633/2024 filed by non counter claimant, is listed before this Court on 22.07.2025. Hence, put up on 22.07.2025 for service of non counter claimant and for further proceedings.
